Warranty Policy

Dr.Brightwell products are manufactured and tested to meet high quality standards. This warranty covers manufacturing defects arising under normal usage conditions during the applicable warranty period.


Warranty Coverage

If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, Dr.Brightwell may, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the product.
  • Replace the product with an equivalent product.

All warranty claims are subject to verification and inspection by our technical team.


How to Claim Warranty

1. In case of Online Warranty Registration

allow us to give you fastrack resolution.

Step 1 — Contact Support

Email or call our support team using the same email or phone number that was used during product registration.

Step 2 — Verification & Assistance

Our team will retrieve your registered warranty information, through your email or phone number and guide you through the warranty claim process. Wherever possible, additional documentation may not be required.

2. In case of Physical Warranty Card 

Step 1 — Contact Support

Contact our support team via email: support@drbrightwell.com

Step 2 — Submit Required Information

Please provide the following information:

  • Purchase Invoice or duly filled, signed & stamped warranty card (required)
  • Product Name
  • Order ID or Invoice Number
  • Product Serial Number (if applicable)
  • Images of the Product
  • Video demonstrating the issue (if applicable)

Step 3 — Claim Review

Our support team will review the submitted information and provide further instructions regarding inspection, repair, or replacement.


What Is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Product malfunction under normal usage conditions
  • Functional defects not caused by customer handling

What Is Not Covered

  • Physical damage
  • Water or liquid damage
  • Damage caused by improper handling or misuse
  • Cosmetic defects reported after delivery
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs
  • Damage caused by product modifications
  • Missing accessories
  • Consumables and batteries

Warranty Becomes Void If

  • The product has been modified or altered.
  • The product has been repaired by unauthorized personnel.
  • The damage results from misuse, negligence, or abuse.
  • The product has been used contrary to operating instructions.

Important Notice

No user-serviceable parts are available inside the product.

All servicing must be performed only by qualified and authorized service personnel appointed by Dr.Brightwell.

Attempting self-repair may result in product damage and immediate cancellation of warranty coverage.

Terms & Conditions

Freight, courier, shipping, pickup, packaging, and transportation charges associated with warranty claims shall be borne by the customer unless otherwise specified by Dr.Brightwell in writing.

Warranty service is limited to repair or replacement of the product only.

Repair or replacement does not extend the original warranty period.

No cash refund shall be provided under warranty claims unless repair or replacement is deemed impossible by Dr.Brightwell.

Final determination of warranty eligibility rests solely with Dr.Brightwell after product inspection and verification.
