RETURN / REPLACEMENT POLICY

Step 1 – Raise a Return or Replacement Request

  • Invoice or proof of purchase
  • Product images
  • Unboxing video (recommended for damaged products)

Step 2 – Review Process

Our team will review your request within 2 business days.

Step 3 – Product Pickup

Once approved:

  • Our courier partner will arrange pickup where available.
  • If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may self-ship the product using a reliable courier service.

Step 4 – Inspection

Returned products will be inspected upon receipt.

Replacement or refund will be initiated only after successful verification.

CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH RETURNS / REPLACEMENTS ARE ACCEPTED

Returns or replacements may be approved if:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged product received
  • Product received with manufacturing defects
  • Incomplete order received
  • Missing item(s) in shipment

CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH RETURNS / REPLACEMENTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • Product has been used
  • Product is damaged due to misuse
  • Original packaging is missing
  • Labels, manuals, accessories or inserts are missing
  • Request is raised after the applicable reporting period
  • Product shows signs of tampering

NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned once opened or used:

  • Breast Pumps
  • Personal Care Products
  • Baby Care Products
  • Healthcare Consumables
  • Products marked as non-returnable on the product page

REFUND PROCESS

After inspection and approval:

Prepaid Orders

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Refunds will be transferred to the customer’s bank account within 5–7 business days after approval.

Additional banking time may apply depending on your financial institution.

DO I NEED TO RETURN FREE GIFTS?

Yes.

Any promotional item, free gift, or bundled accessory received with the order must also be returned.

Failure to return promotional items may result in deduction from the refund amount.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Before Shipment

Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting our support team.

Cancellation After Shipment

Orders cannot be cancelled:

  • After dispatch
  • While in transit
  • Once marked Out for Delivery
  • After successful delivery
